There will be vendors set up for food, and we are trying to get a tailgating approval, so 21 over, can drink...
However, if it gets approved, there will be zero tolerance... and you must have your ID on you, if asked to present it.
No one under 21 will be allowed to have alcohol, and will be removed on the spot, if you have it.
Also, it will have to be in cups and such.

We've done away with the canned food items this year.

Is the college going to sale alcohol or is it going to be treated like the football games are where people are separated and bring their own booz? I could see this turning out bad, I'd wager 75-80% of the people who show up at this thing are intoxicated as it is now.

College will not be selling alcohol.
It will be a bring your own, like at football games. Can only be drank in certain areas, etc...
that's if it gets approved, and that's a long shot right now.

However, the event is turning out to be great.
We've got fans coming from Cincy, and Atlanta are the furthest areas.
But all the way to Va Beach, down into North Carolina, Ohio, West Va, etc are coming for this.
It should be huge...
Saturday night is a solid, solid lineup..
The country night is great too

There is Zero tolerance this year. If someone is spotted "acting up", they will be removed.
We are trying to separate ourselves from the previous Jam 4 Man's...
there is also the possibility of a name change next year.

Not a good idea imo, it has been and always will be a weekend when students party pretty heavy. It's the weekend before exams and it's going to happen, why put up the no tolerance and have campus police arresting people left and right? If this happens the students will go off campus or keep it in their dorms, you be the judge of which is better? It's gone down hill tremendously in the past 3 years and imo the main reason is due to the lack of people attending, and that is by and large due to the fact that people are choosing to party elsewhere. Hopefully, UVa-Wise does the right thing with this one.

We are. I'm on the committee, and helping put this show together.
It's Zero tolerance, but you're not going to get arrested for being trashed (if you are of age). But if you start to act up, and get out of hand, you will be removed.
